DigiFi, Inc. (“DigiFi,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DigiFi collects, uses, and shares the personal information we collect from users of our web-based applications, tools and services for lending (the “Service”) as well as www.digifi.io and the other websites that we operate that link to this Policy (together with the Service, the “Websites”). With the exception of personal information we collect in connection with account registration and management for the Service, this Privacy Policy does not apply to our security and privacy practices in connection with any data, information or other materials submitted by you to the Service (“Subscriber Data”). Subscriber Data security and privacy practices are detailed in and governed by our Master Subscription Agreement.

SUBSCRIBERS TO OUR SERVICE ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING POLICIES FOR, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH, ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL PRIVACY POLICIES, AGREEMENTS OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE FROM INDIVIDUALS WITH WHOM OUR SUBSCRIBERS INTERACT.

Automatically Collected Information: If you would prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to delete or block all cookies. Please consult the “Help” section of your browser for more information. Please note that by blocking any or all cookies, you may not have access to certain features or offerings of the Websites. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our users, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.
Email Communications: From time to time, we or our third-party partners may send you emails regarding our Websites, products, services or other information we think may be of interest to you. Keeping Information Safe: DigiFi cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

To the extent that any linked third-party websites or services you visit are not owned or controlled by DigiFi, we are not responsible for those websites’ or services’ content or information practices. DigiFi’s Websites are intended for use strictly by adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that any personal information has been collected inadvertently from a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible.
